I entered the wrong phone number in my order. How can I retrieve my ticket(s)?

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@ticketkeeper.com.
They will assist you in retrieving your ticket(s) with the correct phone number.

I didn’t receive a Ticketkeeper notification following my payment? What is wrong?

Ensure that you have granted Ticketkeeper permission to send notifications in your device settings. If the issue persists, please check your app settings within Ticketkeeper to ensure notifications are enabled for your account. Secondly, there is a chance you entered the wrong telephone number. In that case, see question 1.

I don’t want to receive notifications in the app. How can I turn them off?

You can manage notification preferences in the Ticketkeeper app settings. Simply go to “Settings” and select “Notification Preferences” to customize which notifications you receive.

I just want to receive notifications just before I’m entering the location, how can I do that?

Ticketkeeper’s location-based notifications are automatic. As you approach the event location on the date of the event, you will receive a notification with your ticket. You do not need to manually set this up. It is our promise to you: Never search for your tickets. Ever again!

Where can I find tickets of events that I visited in the past?

You can access your past event tickets in ‘Past Tickets’ section within the menu of your Ticketkeeper app, that can be found in the high left corner of your home screen. So, whenever you want to know which events you visited: look it up here. It’s your past events agenda.

Can I transfer tickets to my friends?

Yes, you can transfer tickets to your friends through the Ticketkeeper app. Go to the ticket you want to transfer, select the option “Transfer,” choose your friend’s name from your contacts list, and send the ticket. You can only transfer tickets that you uploaded to your wallet directly from the ticketshop. Tickets that uploaded manually can not be transferred now. Just like all your tickets, also your manually uploaded tickets will be moved to your past tickets after the event has taken place.

I sent a ticket to the wrong person in my contact list. What can I do to repair this?

First try to cancel the transfer. As long as the ticket is not accepted ‘on the other side’ you will have the opportunity to do this. In any other case contact our customer support team immediately at support@ticketkeeper.com, and they will assist you in resolving the issue.

If I want my friends to pay for the tickets that I have bought, can I do that within the app?

Ticket payment arrangements between friends are not facilitated within the current version of the app. You’ll need to coordinate payment separately outside the Ticketkeeper app. But, we are working on a payment integration in the app. This works as follows: You transfer a ticket to a friend, your friend receives a payment request (the app calculates what the total costs are (ticket price, service costs, Ticketkeeper fee and payment fee)) and pays. As soon as the payment is done, the ticket will transfer to the wallet of your friend. All in one! As soon as we have this, we will inform you.

Does Ticketkeeper also help me navigate to the event location?

Yes. If you click on your ticket, you will see the Google Maps icon. If you click on it, the route to your event or venue will be displayed.

Can I also upload tickets to Ticketkeeper that are in my smartphone or tickets that I printed?

Yes. by hitting the + button in the lower left side of your screen, you will see a scanner. Here you can scan the tickets that you have already printed out. Also, above the scanner you can see the  ‘gallery’ icon. By hitting this, you are able to upload any ticket from your photo gallery. Once you have done this, fill in the date and time of the event (because the app notifies you on the day of the event) and the name of the event (this is the name that will be displayed on your ticket. Further, there is a notes section. You can use this for eg. seat number, row number, section or whatever you want to add to your ticket.

Is there a premium version of the app?

Not yet, but we are working on this. In the premium app you don’t pay anymore for each ticket and you will get access to all kinds of extra features that make your event life even more fantastic! We will keep you informed in the app.

I'd like to erase my personal data

We care about your privacy. If you wish to have your personal data erased from our systems, please send an email to eraseme@ticketkeeper.com.

Please be aware that erasing your data will also erase your tickets stored in Ticketkeeper.
